BBQ has always been more than just food to us—it's a passion. Having spent the majority of our lives in Knoxville, we dreamt of sharing that passion with our community by starting our own food truck. Now, we are excited to bring our favorite flavors to the heart of a city we’ve called home for most of our lives. At Smoke Ring Barbeque, HICKORY and HULA come together to serve up your daily dose of smoked flavor! We’re sharing a piece of our journey, while making everything with love and a little bit of smoke, to bring people together and add something special to the community we love.
